LA REINA

La Reina

One of my newest artworks in 2025 is "La Reina" which is part of my "Las Caridades" Collection. This series is a tribute to the diverse visions of La Caridad  within the Spanish speaking community and how her identity reflects the person who seeks her.

La Caridad manifests in many different forms, races, and appearances, reminding is that her essence is universal.  In this collection, I've explored various representations of La Caridad with works like "La Rubia", "La Triguena", "La Criolla", and now "La Reina".

Each piece tells a unique story and celebrates the richness of our identities.  I hope La Reina inspires you and invites you to reflect on the beauty of diversity within our community.
